Founder & CEO
Marc Merulla has been developing and delivering advanced experiential adult learning programs throughout Quebec, Canada and around the world since 1999.
He is a specialist in fusing proven professional development training with entertaining team building activities that ensure interactive learning and great fun for all participants.
Senior Corporate Account Manager
With over 20 years in the business community, Paule specializes in the development of B2B and adapted customer service.
Having held management positions in a diverse professional spectrum, Paule understands the reality of both employers and employees.
Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, as well as having been one, she understands the importance of adapting to the needs of her clients. Her studies in Business Administration at HEC have reinforced the mechanisms of development almost innate in her.
VP, Director of Marketing
Marc Bartschat oversees TBMOQ and Beyond’s marketing initiatives and manages all of the accounting and graphic design of programs.
Prior to co-founding TBMOQ, Marc was the Director of Communications for USPORT and Communications Manager for the University of Ottawa. His career experience also includes business development with Grey Interactive and account management for RBC.

Senior Program Manager
Laurence handles all the logistics and coordination of major programs.
She leans on her bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management and her experience as a destination representative for Transat Holidays to make sure your program is a success
Her field of expertise comes from working with several travel agencies occupying various roles such as event producer, project coordinator and tourism representative.

Dylan ensures that all logistics, components and details of each program come together to produce a coherent, well-organized and on-time event.
He is responsible for aiding in all aspects of program development and implementation. Through hard work and dedication, Dylan ensures the best customer experience for all our clients.
Dylan holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Accounting at the John Molson School of Business. In the summer months, he doubles as the Manager of the Lachine Canal Nautical Centre.
